My sewing buddy, a few of her fashion industry buddies and I are booked in and waiting anxiously for a weekend in late February, when we get to learn from the master of Subtraction-cutting, Julian Roberts. He's teaching a master-class at Beautiful Silks in Fitzroy.
OH. MY. GOODNESS. What this bloke doesn't know about manipulating fabric around a body in all manner of sculptural forms isn't worth knowing.
And I'm going to learn from him.
