A hat for all-seasons... this one is made using my Hat pattern and the fabric I picked up in GJ's a week or two ago. I'm loving this print (from Wyndham Fabrics). I teamed it with burgundy corduroy, which could be worn in Winter to keep you warm or in Summer for shade.
There are so many wonderful colours in the print you could match plain fabric to any of them - various shades of brown, pink, green and orange all look fab with it.And then there's the lovely Alexander Henry umbrella print....
...gorgeous and girly with pink corduroy! This one is made using my Kid's Hat pattern.
There are a few more corduroy-and print hats cut. Watch this space to see them emerge as finished wearables!

I can't stand wearing anything on my head or I would have this pattern in a heartbeat, and if my girls were still little they would have a hat for every outfit! In my opinion there is no one out there who can top your patterns.
They look fabulous. Is it difficult to make them so they fit well?

You forgot about Autumn and Spring. I can't imagine you would want to take hats like those off at any point in the year. And corduroy is the bees knees.

Both hats are fabulous! I love corduroy. It teams up very well with everything. I have not attempted any hats as it looks a bit complicated. Love to look at yours though!
Totally Cute Hats - anyone thinking about making hats HAS to use these patterns - otherwise it's a wild old world out there!!!

Oh I love this hat. Pity I've finally accepted that I don't like sewing that much. Maybe I can convince my crafty-partner-in-crime that she should give the pattern a go and I'll be the test dummy!
