The fancy-schmantzy sewing machine came home with me this weekend, and on Sunday, I finished some teeny-tiny dresses and bloomers on the kitchen table. And I finished the Ruby Slippers...
...while juggling school holidays and family dramas and big scary leaps into the unknown. Right now, I'm happy to look at the cute, little stuff.

So sweet Nikki
those teeny tiny dresses with bloomers are just darling - do you have a pattern? good on you for your finishes - outstanding!
Cute little stuff is soothing.
Holidays yet to start here. 3 days to go...I am starting to breathe deeply and say "Zen" a lot in
anticipation...

A bit of home sewing is good I've become a bit yarn addicted
All just gorgeous Nikki! I so love the dress sets.
You are having a pretty full on year, hang in there and be kind to yourself. The outfits are gorgeous as are the booties, keep going with the little things :-)
Oh so sweet! Makes me wish for a teeny tiny baby all over again!
Sorry to hear that things aren't going so well. Best wishes.
Lovely little stuff .. take care!
Leaps into the unknown? I'd better catch up on my reading. Hope you're ok.
Love the little dress and bloomers sets - and the booties!! I'm in little-girl land. Would you point me to patterns?
Hey Nikki! I'm your newest 'official' follower but I've been a fan of yours for years! A colleague of mine and I traipsed down to Melb from Brisbane with a group of high school girls and we came to your workshop about 5 years ago! Anyway, I've been dabbling in blogs and have just started my own and wanted to thank you for being so inspiring :)
Brilliant. Such sweet little togs and those ruby slippers are divine.
Hang in there, Nikki. After the big scary leaps into the unknown you will find unbelievable feelings of euphoria and great rewards. Best of luck!
