Still a bit fuzzy...

I used the last of my Winterwood felt stash today. It's such a joy to sew. I was also using the 90mm Flex Frames.
The wee one now has a spec case for her sunnies and I have a new camera pouch (stuffed wth paper for the photo because I was using the camera).

And I've nearly perfected the pattern for what I was actually trying to make.
Product development is never a waste of time, but some days it takes longer than others.... and it's often the simplest shapes that need the most tweaking.

The colours are really vibrant and look gorgeous. I don't have a lot of experience on my sewing machine, but I love working with felt. Is it easy to sew on the machine?

I love your spec cases. Felt is so nice to work with and looks great too. Sadly, it does not look so great for long. I made myself a bag from felt 2 years ago to take on a trip to Cancun. What a disaster! It got so dirty on the plane, and by the time I arrived in Cancun, it was fuzzy, woolly and starting to look sad, especially the flowers I added as embellishment. Would love to hear some advice to avoid this. I make my spec cases from cotton fabric and line it with felt. The first one I made lasted a year.

I really like those specs cases, particularly the first one. Great colour combo!

Have never tried sewing felt before, but I guess it can't be too hard, with not having to worry about raw edges and all!
