Portrait of a Mummy as an Exercise Ball...

Too tired to think. Too tired to do the post I'd planned. Cute kiddie-art instead. This is a "sculpture of Mummy".
There's even a belly-button under the "dress".....and elbows and fingers.
The contents of my office rubbish bin and a roll of sticky-tape gave me a good half-hour of computer time the other day.

That's fabulous - I'd never think of something like that. So much fun!

I just hope you had as much bounce in your step at the end of the day as your replica!!

That's the best use of those balls that I've ever seen!

What a cracker!!
Serious mummy question now... do you cut up the sticky tape for her or does she do it herself? If so, what sort do you give her as my daughter just can't manage my big roll....

Thanks for the chuckle, Nikki! So fun to see how so little can be used so creatively by a child. Such imagination! Your post also has me remembering when some plastic wrap, tape and twist ties were all it took to keep my oldest son occupied creatively.

A beautiful portrait and, as Jane Austen says, 'very like' ;)
