Did I mention that I'm quite partial to a costume drama...?

They're always so very inspiring.... (and I'm always so easily influenced!). And since I finally knitted something wearable on the knitting machine.... ..I've been poncing about.... ...like Tess's ghost.

A few people requested photographic evidence.

I was eyeing that off today, and didn't even realise that you made it on the knitting machine. Wow!

Eek!!! I'm drooling, really really! There are times when I wish we still wore corsets, proper ones that actually support the body, not suffocate it. :-)

Such a different garment from the knitting machine product that my mum used to make. She churned out jumpers for her 6 kids each winter. Must check if she still has it. I might have a go!
