Right now, I'm back to where I was on Monday morning.
In the non-knitty creative space, there's been quite a bit of photography, photoshop and web updates - including 25mm magnetic snaps.... which I've spent too long on already but am considering re-shooting. They're actually really shiny.
Pop over to Kirsty's to see what everyone else is up to.

Ha! My first Olearia was exactely the same. I think I knitted it about twelve times over. It is going to be gorgeous in that colour.
It's a lovely colour. Can't wait to see the finished article.
I hope your Olearia will get "back to life" soon =) this is great colour!
Sorry, another comment about the colour -
but its such a gorgeous colour!! That looks really difficult to knit - well done!!!
When I have a knitting pattern like that I usually end up pulling it apart and trying something else! I can't bring myself to say "frogged", just sounds weird.....
I've tried to crochet a few times over the last week and I keep on making mistakes. So I will leave it for a few weeks until I am focused enough not to stuff it up!
I have every confidence that this garment will be just as triumphant as the last 100 or so you've knitted in the past few weeks. ;)
Knitting the wrong row drives me crazy. How do you enjoy knitting on a circular needle? Depending on the needles it can drive me crazy and I think I prefer the grip I get on flat needles although I seem to be in the minority.

Can I be boring and say I love the colour too?! Just finished my first Citron. It needs blocking. But I cast off all 636sts, so I'm calling it finished!
Them is some big snaps! Big *shiny* snaps!!
Cheers,
AJ
I think it looks fabulous and I love those magnetic snaps :) Actually, that's how I've discovered you - I just googled handbag supplies! Funny how we've probably both being doing My Creative Space for ages and never come across each other ;) Anyway, lovely to have found your site now. Great space. Kx
