Oh, a little girl can never have too many hair ties. I ordered that Kanzashi book from the book depository (along with the applique book I saw in your studio) so hopefully I will be making Kanzashi flowers soon too - they look so good!
uh oh do I need another new book, probably not but I love doing hair elastics! We have so many at home and it's great when I want to craft but I have no energy!!!!
I am a tv crafter too! My on going project of hexagons only gets done if I sit in front of the box - I think its because my attention is diverted away from how many hexagons I have to make to form a quilt. If I gave it my full attention I think I would give up! LOve the colours of the covered buttons.
What a fantastic idea. I always see self-cover buttons at the thrift store, now I know how I can use them. Must have a look at how to make those fabric flowers too although I think I'll start with the fabric covered simpler ones. :-)
Darn it all!!! I have been looking and drooling over your pictures of the Kanzashi flowers. Now I have to get the book, so that I can have some of my own....
