The kit contains the four different types of interfacing that you'll need, piping cord and the frame, as well as a full-size pattern and a booklet of very detailed instuctions. It's like a purse frame class in a packet, and is designed to bring intermediate sewing skills up to advanced level. It'll have you whipping up little gift purses for everyone you know....
It's $32.95 for the whole kit and kaboodle. You only need to supply the fabric scraps and glue. ORDERING CODE: PFKBA90.
The major breakthrough I spoke of was for a variation on this barrel theme - with size and structural differences (and a bit of singing and dancing and thinking I was a bit clever thrown in). Stay tuned for more on that.... in the meantime you can practise on the 90mm one!
amazing job!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThose are soooo cute!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it a shame we don't really get the singing and dancing with the kit. Maybe we will do some of our own! Well done, they look great!
ReplyDeleteIt must give you such a high when a new pattern is released... I hope you do something to celebrate (even if it's just you and a bottle of white, sitting on the couch feeling very pleased with yourself!)
ReplyDeleteso good that it comes with all the bits!
